The room was dirty, there were bedbugs on the bed, and we weren’t given a blanket or towel. There was no hot water or drinking water either. They charged ₹40 for a bottle marked ₹15, which I found highly unethical. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and the owner was rude and disrespectful. The service fell far below basic hospitality standards. The place seriously lacks hygiene, management, and customer service. I don’t recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, clean, comfortable stay. OYO and Agoda should review their association with this property to protect future guests, and it shouldn’t be listed on trusted platforms until proper action is taken.

The rooms on the first and second floors are comparatively better, but the third-floor rooms were not good at all. The beds there were uncomfortable and looked unpleasant, and the sheets seemed dirty and were too small for a double bed, covering only one person. The bathroom was very poorly cleaned. There was no regular room cleaning service or drinking water provided. Hot water was available only from 6:00 to 8:00 AM, with none after that. It’s a basic facility, especially in winter, and should be available throughout the day. The experience was bad and fell short of what we expected.

My family and I stayed there recently, and it was a very disappointing experience. There were power cuts, no hot water in the bathrooms, no lock on the bathroom door, and no plates or cutlery. We also got no help from the staff. I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The facilities were very bad.

The main-road location is very convenient. The rooms are large, spacious, and clean, and the staff are humble and quick to sort out any problems.

Our room was big and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the man who welcomed us was very friendly. He gets the two stars from me. After handing over the room, though, he wasn’t available at reception, and nobody was there to handle our questions. Hot water was only provided in the morning, the TV didn’t work, and we had to ask for a towel. Better to pick another hotel nearby.
