Very poor service and terrible customer service. The staff were rude, and they charged us extra. Our room wasn’t clean and had lots of insects. We just left the hotel, and it spoiled the day. Overall, a very bad experience.

There are activities close to the hotel, and the Periyar wildlife ticket counter is about 200 metres away. It's one of the nicer hotels in Thekkady town.

I loved the vintage look and the positive feel of the hotel's surroundings. The room was clean, room service was good, and the staff were very cooperative and behaved well. I recommend it. Overall, the best five star.
