The first time, it was budget accommodation with an air conditioning room, but without parking on site. They did arrange parking for us in another place. When I visited a second time, the service was worse than ever. I booked for three persons and paid extra for a bed, but there was no extra bed. I only got the AC remote the next morning. We suffered because there was no water in the toilet, no cable, and the towels were unclean, almost grey. Please make sure no one else has a similar experience. It was too worse after paying close to 3000rs for 2 nights.

The rooms looked much like the photos, and the room itself was decent. The TV didn't work, though, and you may not get the room you booked. They give you whatever has been cleaned. The street felt unsuitable for families or women on their own, with so many bars that it seemed unsafe at any time of day. Just an average stay.

The room had a blood stain on the bedsheet, and when I asked for a change, there was no follow-through. I left the keys at reception so they could clean, but the room still wasn't done, and there was no maintenance. There was no drinking water either. Water in the bathroom ran out three times; reception kept saying it would be back in five minutes, but we went five hours without any. The area didn't feel friendly, with bars and drunk people around. Worst Oyo service I've had, not worth a penny. Please don't visit.

We slept without a blanket, even after I complained to Oyo customer care last night, and nothing changed. We asked five times for a towel and still didn't get one. The room also wasn't cleaned for our second day. A very bad experience at this OYO property. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The staff response was great, and the rooms were clean. It's reasonably priced and felt comfortable and safe, especially for couples and people visiting from out of town. A good place to stay.
