The clean, comfortable room and the cafe's lovely atmosphere made it easy for us to relax. The staff were helpful, and Asha took especially good care of us. The food was a relief, too. My one suggestion is to replace the BSNL WiFi with another service.

The restaurant was spotless and well kept, and I felt at ease with the staff. I can't remember the woman's name, but she was kind and polite, and the young man working there had great manners and served us well. I was nervous about staying in a hotel by myself, but Hotel Liwa Tower helped me feel safe. I spent a week there, and the staff and service were excellent. It was a very pleasant, memorable stay, and I had a really good experience.

I spent nearly three weeks here and really appreciated that they arranged a taxi when I needed one. The evening cafe has its own feel, with music, chai, and snacks. Staff are friendly, and it feels safe. For business travelers, an electric outlet closer to the bed would be useful. This is the best, most premium option in Kunnamkulam.

The food was delicious, and I want to recognize Asha for her wonderful service and recommend that management give her an increment. Mr. Bonny leads a great team, and Abukka, the owner, is such a simple, down-to-earth person. God bless you all. We had a party here for around 100 people, and the team took good care of all the arrangements. The staff were supportive, and there was plenty of parking, which made things easy for our guests. Everyone enjoyed the tasty food. Thanks to the management and team for making the event a success. I'd recommend it for parties and functions.
