We arrived late at night, and the management received us well. Our non A.C room was good and the price was reasonable. The toilet was the one thing that wasn’t good. It’s very close to nandyal check post, with both A.C and non A.C rooms, and seemed suitable for families or Bachelors. They should improve the service by providing towels and soap in the rooms. The beds are crawling with bed bugs. I sleep for five minutes and one of them bites me. The rooms are only average at best and won’t appeal to families.

The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes, and our room had a bad odor like an unused storeroom. Some unknown people came and drank alcohol next to my room. We stayed for four days, and they cleaned only once, after we asked. The room also had a broken western toilet and wasn’t cleaned daily. Even though we booked through oyo, they asked for extra money at check-in. When we raised the issue with oyo, there was no proper response. They charged 1300 per day for a room that wasn’t even worth 500. I request Oyo to cancel its contract with that hotel.

The bathroom light kept flickering because of a connection issue, so we switched it off and used our phone light in the restroom. There was also a bad smell in the room, like an unused storeroom, and the bathroom had a broken western toilet. We had booked through oyo, but they demanded extra money at check-in. When we raised the concern with oyo, there was no proper response. We had no choice but to take the room and paid an extra 2300 on top of the oyo amount. They asked 1300 per day for a room not worth even 300. We had read reviews saying the room was clean enough, and thought we could manage if hygiene was just average, but it was the opposite. My suggestion is to find better rooms nearby and don’t waste your money booking here.
