I booked three rooms on 22nd december at about 11 am and asked Sumit, the receptionist, to have them cleaned. We got rooms 51, 101 and 208. Room 101 was good, but the other two were very dirty. When we came back at 10 pm, nothing had been cleaned: the sheets, quilt covers and pillows were all dirty. The rooms hadn't been serviced by 10:30 pm either. I went to reception again, where a guy with a turban cooperated and changed our quilts and bedsheets. We got towels and other accessories at 10:30 pm. Only that sikh receptionist was good at the hotel. The rooms, curtains and elevator were dirty.

The check-out was a bad end to an already awful stay. Receptionist " Mr gurpreet" was sweet-talking when we checked in, but rude when we checked out. Room service was just for show and never actually served us. There was no hot water, only an electrical rode, no morning tea, and the intercom didn't work. Worst experience.

Dust fell on us and our plates as soon as we started the fan while eating. Staff came straight into the room with their shoes on, making it even dirtier. The rooms were unclean, with spider webs, and none of the ACs worked. Water either wouldn't come or wouldn't stop, and the bathroom taps were broken in every room. The experience was horrible.

The breakfast was very good, and the service was good too. The hotel was hygienic, with very good hospitality and professional staff. That's why I'm giving it five stars. Thanks.
