This is only about the Sasya Pride restaurant, since we didn't stay at the hotel. A friend suggested it for lunch while we were travelling out of Hyderabad, and we were glad we stopped. It's a hotel restaurant that also serves outside customers, and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was nice and the service was good, though my meal came after my mates had eaten half of theirs. It was worth waiting for: my egg fried noodles were fresh and delicious, especially with some chat on top. The garlic naan was great too, though I should've ordered two or three. I tried my mate's chicken spring roll, easily the best spring roll I've ever had. Both my mates ordered egg fried chicken rice, which looked amazing and apparently tasted just as good.

We had New Year lunch at Sasya Pride with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The food, hospitality, and ambience were all great, and the staff were kind and attentive. Mr.Ramesh gave us especially keen attention. The APRICOT DELIGHT dessert is a must-have. Highly recommend visiting and enjoying the food. 💯

The stay was OK, though the property is old and has seen better days. Housekeeping was average, and the room linen and bathroom fittings need upgrading. We had room-service dinner and complimentary breakfast, and the food was above average, neither bad nor great. Hotel Sasya Pride is centrally located, has the great advantage of basement parking, and its attached restaurant is probably one of the better places to eat in Kurnool.

The food was decent, but lunch today was uncomfortable because the restaurant's AC wasn't working at all. It was quite hot throughout the meal, especially in the summer heat. I hope management gets it fixed, since the poor cooling affects customers' comfort.

I couldn't get hot water during my entire stay. Whenever I asked, they said it would be there in five minutes. Breakfast choices were limited and the food tasted bad. The rooms were poor quality, and the services need a lot of improvement. I don't know how this place got positive reviews.
