ibis New Delhi Aerocity Hotel

I chose ibis New Delhi Aerocity before an early flight, and the location made for an easy, stress-free departure. The front office service was excellent. As an Accor Gold member, I was warmly welcomed at check-in and offered my welcome drinks right away. They also gave me a recently renovated room on the 7th floor, a lovely gesture. The compact room was cozy, clean, and well designed, as expected from ibis, and there was a thoughtful fruit platter waiting for me. Dinner had an impressively large buffet for a 3-star hotel, with plenty of variety. My in-room dining order arrived in about 30 minutes, which was perfectly acceptable. The packed breakfast was the one major disappointment. I requested a breakfast box for my early flight, but it contained just two bananas and a very small sandwich. That felt underwhelming by Accor standards, especially compared with the rest of the stay. The box needs more quantity and variety. I'd recommend this hotel for transit and business trips, and a better breakfast box would make it a 5-star stay.

Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with a good selection of fresh, delicious food, all nicely presented. The staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location just minutes from the airport made travel easy and stress-free. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for comfort, convenience, and good service near the airport.

The room felt bright thanks to its large windows. They don’t open, which I first thought might be a drawback, but with New Delhi’s air quality that seems like the sensible choice. The bathroom fan was the one thing that didn’t work. Otherwise, everything was clean and comfortable, and reception staff were quick to help. Breakfast tasted good and was fresh, though there weren’t many protein choices. It was my first trip to India, so I can’t compare it with other hotels here, but it met my expectations. The pool was a nice extra, and being about a 15-minute drive from the airport made this a handy, reliable stop for a short visit or transit night.

Rashi- INSPIRE made check-in and check-out easy, and was polite, welcoming, professional, and quick to help. The rest of the staff were attentive too. The buffet had plenty of choice, and the food was fresh and well prepared. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a great stay, especially with a meal package, and would recommend it.
