Since my train reached Kurnool at 3 AM, I called the hotel directly to arrange the booking. Booking through a site would have meant paying for two days because check-in was at noon, so I paid a little extra for the early arrival. The AC room was good, quite spacious, and had hangers in both the closet and washroom. We also had good hot water in the morning. A good experience.

There are food places nearby, and the hotel is conveniently close to both the bus stand and railway station. The rooms are roomy enough for a family, the Wi-Fi was good, the TV worked, and hot water was available. Cleanliness was moderate, but it felt worth the price. Don't expect hotel-style service.

The staff were uncooperative and very rude. They weren't polite when answering questions about the stay, and the charge for just 12 hours felt much too high.

The staff were kind, polite, and helpful, and the hotel is very close to the bus stand and railway station. The rooms are budget friendly and good value. Some rooms could use more plug points.
