Hotel Beehive Grand

Horrible experience, I’d never recommend this hotel. The AC in the room kept switching off every half hour, and we had power cuts three times a day. They say the booking is cancelled and then ask you to pay double, and they do this to all customers who come in. At checkout they add fines for whatever they can, at least 500rs for reasons that aren’t acceptable. They also pressure people to give them a 5-star rating. This is a big-time rip-off.

The location is good, the rooms are spacious, and there’s plenty of parking. There’s a restaurant too, but it wasn’t operating because they were short staffed. Just one person was handling everything, from reception to bell boy to housekeeping. This could be excellent if it had enough staff.

I arrived at 10 at night after paying online, but they said I couldn’t check in because of the online payment. When I asked what I could do, they lazily told me to pay cash or get lost. They also don’t give you a key to your room. They just use the master key to open whichever room they like. Never stay at this hotel.

They’ll deny you next time if you don’t give OYO 5 stars. The staff are polite, but the service is the worst. If you stay more than 2 days, they don’t clean the rooms. Breakfast isn’t provided even if you opt for it, and there’s no food nearby. Want tea? The staff charge extra. They’ve built a good hotel at the end of the city to loot customers. Don’t book because the price looks low, you’ll end up paying a lot more for food, drinks, and other things. Even drinking water means going 4-5 km away. Think about it.
