The location at Lachung’s entrance is handy, and I booked directly. Our room was large, with snow covered mountain views and a clean, good bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were good, but after sightseeing there was almost nothing for an evening bite besides fries or a sandwich. A few things were neglected: the bedsheet stain was still there when we returned the next day, and the kettle was dirty with dust all over it. They cleaned it after I complained and said the dust came from room service, which made me wonder about the cleaning overall. The facilities are mostly there, though a few things are missing. At the high daily price, it doesn’t quite add up. Around 5-6k a day would feel fair.

That view of the snow capped mountains from our studio room was beautiful. Mr Bhutia also made sure things were handled personally and paid attention to details. He fitted in our last minute booking, and the hotel was very well managed, with facilities like those you find in international hotels. There was central heating, top brand products, and courteous, polite staff. A lovely place to stay for a trip to Yumthang valley, zero point, or Lachung. Highly recommended.

Mr. Anil and the whole team made our stay memorable and enjoyable. I didn’t expect to find rooms this spacious and well maintained in la chung. The staff were polite and kind, and they prepared food to suit what we needed, including Jain food. Very good service.

The meals were just okay, but they packed breakfast for us since we had an early departure. We found the hotel in a good location, and the room and washroom were very clean. It was handy having central heating and hot water running 24 hours. Staff were good and helpful, and responded right away whenever we needed support. We had a good stay.
