The property was clean and in a great location, and the food was delicious and hygienic. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Manager Mr.Abhiskek, Yogesh, Chhedop, and Arpan were especially helpful and kept us updated during our stay. Two helpful ladies were also great, though I don’t know their names. My experience was excellent, with nothing adverse to report. Thanks, keep it up.

Mr. Chhedup, Mr. Ujjwal, and Mr Biku made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality, polite manner, and quick help. The whole team put effort into making the stay pleasant, from smooth check-in through to the service during our visit. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained, with clear attention to detail in the setup and housekeeping. I highly recommend the hotel for comfortable rooms and excellent service, and look forward to coming back.

Our North Sikkim trip was 10x better because we stayed at Udaan Tashi Gakhil. The staff were all super sweet, especially Mr. Bikku Tamang & Chhendup, who were polite and attentive. The restaurant’s breakfast and dinner buffets were homely and tasty, with good Indian and Chinese options. Our room was clean, very spacious, and cozy, and the washroom had 24x7 hot water and all toiletries. I only wish there had been a heater in the room, since it gets super chilly at night. Definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to Lachung and Yumthang.

Mr. Bikku was especially helpful, attentive, and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. His effort to make sure guests are comfortable made a real difference to our stay. The rooms were neat, warm, and well maintained for North Sikkim’s chilly weather, and the fresh food was delicious. The hotel sits amid Lachung’s peaceful mountains, with breathtaking views and a calm atmosphere. We had a truly wonderful stay at Udaan Tashi Lachung during our Sikkim trip. Highly recommend it, and I look forward to visiting again.

Mr. Chhedup deserves a special mention for his attentive service and kindness. The staff were sweet, polite, and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. I had a wonderful experience at Udaan Tashi Gakhil Hotel, and would definitely recommend it to others.
