We came to Chittoor for a friend's wedding and booked two suite rooms, but the parking alone made things difficult. Our car was boxed in by bikes in the designated area when we needed to leave for the function, and there was no watchman or staff there to manage it. I attached photos of the situation. The ACs were another problem: in one room it was switched off every 30 minutes without our knowledge, while the AC in the other kept tripping because of heavy load. For rooms presented as suites, these basic failures were unacceptable. Reception staff were dismissive and careless when we raised the issues, offering no help or fix. Poor facilities, staff behavior, and organization made this one of my worst hotel stays. If you want a comfortable, relaxing visit, I strongly suggest avoiding it.

Even the restaurant plates weren't clean, which felt unhygienic and was very disappointing. In the room, everything seemed dusty, and the old blankets and pillows were uncomfortable. Cleanliness and upkeep need serious work.

We stayed with a large group for a family function yesterday. The owner was very helpful, and the hotel was clean with friendly staff. They use Ayurvedic toiletries such as Meswak tooth paste, which promotes Make in India through action. I'd recommend it. A couple of things need attention: some rooms have knocking sounds in the pipes, and water runs before the hot water comes through, which wastes water.

The non-veg food was excellent, and the rooms were clean with really good service. We stayed for a banquet function, and the large, elegant banquet hall is on the first floor. The restrooms weren't properly maintained, though. The dining area got messy because it was being prepared as a banquet hall for another function, so it should be kept separate. Parking also needs more space, at least enough for the cars attending one banquet. Those are the drawbacks; otherwise, good to go. We enjoyed the feast.

The party hall is nice and works well for functions. It's a bit costly, including the good food, with veg on the ground floor and non-veg on the 6th floor. Still, it's a nice place to stay with friends or family.
