Hotel Nezer Holiday Inn

I was happy with my stay. The service and comfort were great without costing a lot, and the staff behaved really well. It’s clean, affordable, and well managed. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for those things.

A reasonably priced hotel right in the heart of the city. They also rent bikes at reasonable prices.

It’s about a five-minute walk from Leh Market and is budget friendly. They can organize customized trips to remote areas of Ladakh and help with the paperwork for Inner line permits and Protected Area Permits.

The hotel is near the main market, with decent rooms, good food, and friendly, helpful staff. But our departure morning was a mess. We had told reception the day before that we’d check out at 7am for our 9am flight. At 7, we were locked inside and nobody answered our calls. Someone finally came to open the door after half an hour. When we called the owner, his son answered and blamed us, even though we’d already told the staff about the early checkout. Mr. Ajaj, the owner, is caring and well behaved, but his son is the opposite and speaks to guests with an attitude. It’s a decent hotel, though there are many better ones for a similar price.
