The lawns are lovely for sitting in the sun and enjoying the mountain air, and the whole place has a peaceful, restorative feel. Every meal was delicious, and I still miss the fresh ginger lemon tea. Anu is so kind and thoughtful, and the courteous staff are always ready to help with a smile. Snow Lion Ladakh felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. It's comfortable and soulful, and I can't wait to return.

It's an older property, but it's well maintained. I loved the rooms, and the food was amazing. We only stayed at Snow Lion for one day, but Anupama and the staff looked after every one of our needs after we arrived tired from travelling. They really know how to make guests feel at home. I'll stay at Snow Lion next time we come to Leh. Julley!

This wasn't my first stay with Anu and her team at Snow Lion, and it won't be my last. Each time, they've gone beyond what I expected in thoughtful, helpful ways. Their care for guests feels heartfelt, not like something they're doing because a procedure tells them to. That warmth is what makes this place stand out for me among stays across Ladakh and elsewhere.

The garden, apricot and apple trees, Ladakhi architecture, and snowcapped mountain views make this a beautiful place. We also had a great view of Shanti Stupa. Anu, Ajay and Aalam were wonderful hosts and made our stay feel warm and lovely. It was so nice to feel part of the snowlion family. Definitely planning to visit again! 🫶 😊❤️

The staff here feel like family, so kind and welcoming. Hotel snow lion is in a beautiful village near the main market. If you like quiet and photography, staying here and walking into town is a great way to spend your nights in Leh. I'll come back next time 😁
