We had a really disappointing stay, with poor service and staff who were rude and unhelpful. The receptionist, Neeraj, argued with us instead of helping. We weren’t given water bottles, the bathroom tap didn’t work, the Wi-Fi was down, and the TV was out of order. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were nice and the hotel was nice too. Just check your room before you go in, and point out anything broken or that needs reporting. Have them inspect the room with you when you hand the keys back, so there aren’t issues at checkout.

The room was excellent and the service was good. We asked for nonveg and were told they don’t serve it, but later that night they served it to other customers, not us. Apart from that, all the other facilities were awesome.

The rooms, especially the washrooms, are really well made, and the staff were a huge help. The owner is well connected across Ladakh and can arrange pretty much anything at good prices. He helped us plan the logistics for our whole trip. It’s in a prime spot, minutes from the highway. We didn’t eat much at the in-house restaurant since there are lots of places outside to explore. Shoutout to Angdu and Motub for all their help.
