The house was spotless and well looked after, and having the main market close by was really convenient. Yarol & Jimmy made us feel at home and shared a genuinely local Ladakhi experience. We also loved the fresh meals, prepared with produce from their own garden and served with such care. A lovely choice if you want a clean, homely stay.
We stayed at yarol’s homestay in May 2024 and had a great time. The food was good, but the company from yarol and her son, who runs the place with her, was even better.
The people were warm and kind, and the place was really clean. We enjoyed meals made with produce from the organic garden, plus the laundry service and 5G wifi. It was peaceful too, with Main Bazaar about 1/2 km away. A lovely place to stay in Leh.
Jimmy and yarol aunty were so friendly that the yarol Homestay now feels like my home whenever I come to Leh. Such a great stay.
I had a wonderful time with her mother, Jimmy, and her sister. Jimmy was especially kind, and took me to lots of places.
