C1 Villa

We paid 30k and came away feeling the time and money were completely wasted. The villa was neglected, with broken toilets, no hot water, tobacco spit on the tiles, greasy crockery and unwashed linen. The photos on social media don’t show the mess. The villa next door was also dancing and stomping on its terrace and walls to a choli ke piche kya hai remix at 4.30 am. At normal hours that would be fine, but not then.

The management tried to deduct repair costs from our security deposit, so I’d advise taking photos of any damage. There were damaged tables and chairs, dirty bedsheets, and a second-floor washroom door that wouldn’t lock properly. The RO system didn’t work because of sand buildup, water pooled on the kitchen slab, and the pool area had a leaking roof. The infrastructure was inadequate. When you ask about it, they say the reviews are fake and were uploaded by irritating groups.

C1 villa was a waste of money and one of my worst experiences in lonavala. The washroom wasn’t clean, and the kitchen was very dirty. There weren’t proper amenities or facilities: the carrom board was broken, and the pool was very small and dangerous. One of my friends was injured in it.

We had a horrible experience with the landlady at CABANA BUNGALOW, GOLD VALLEY , Tungarli, and I wish I could give negative stars. The service was extremely poor, the flushes didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a bathroom bucket. She took full payment in advance, then demanded an extra 8000 or told us to vacate the bungalow. I’ve never had such a pathetic experience in hospitality.
