The location is a big plus, with the main attractions an easy distance away. We had the breakfast plan, and the food was tasty and really good. The pool has a time limit, before 7:30. Rooms are a bit small, but that's okay, and hot water is available. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

Really happy with my stay. The hotel is affordable and the staff are welcoming. The food was delicious, and the food team were especially friendly and helpful. Having landline support 24/7 was great too. Thanks for the amazing hospitality.

Our rooms were fully sun-soaked, and we had customised food and a very satisfying stay at Ciesta Treeo. We met Rohit, who manages the resort, and his management and service are what made us continue our stay.

I've had the worst stay of my life at this hotel. The rooms were unbelievably small, cramped, and uncomfortable. Cockroaches and bedbugs were all over the bed and cupboard, so it was impossible to sleep or feel at ease. The photos and nice views on the website don't match the reality at all. What shocked me most was how little the staff seemed to care about guests' comfort or needs, whether they were there or not. It felt like they wanted the money but had no interest in even basic hospitality or cleanliness. There are good, budget-friendly hotels in Lonavala. Honestly, I can't recommend this one. I hope this review helps.
