Room 009 was in very poor shape. The bed sagged badly in the middle, making it hard for two people to sleep comfortably, and the sheets were dirty. The toilet seat wobbled, towels were torn, and the water kept cutting out. The TV didn't work, there was no drinking water, and the light switches were awkward to reach.

It was peaceful at night, which I liked, since the place sits a little away from things. Our room had a balcony for sitting, eating, or just relaxing, and hot water was available all day. I liked the stay and the staff too. The food setup was the weak point: orders came from a nearby restaurant, took an hour and a half, and tasted only average.

The place was very cheap, but the rooms smelled bad, the kitchen was filthy, and the staff came across as rude and unhelpful. When I asked for another shampoo pouch after using the first, they bluntly said only one was provided and that they wouldn't even sell another. Maybe that's why this property has a dispute with OYO. It felt completely unmaintained and was a bad experience.

The room was clean, with a nice balcony view, and the bathroom was tidy with a water heater. The A/C worked, though its temperature control didn't. Getting there was hard: it's far from Lonavala town, isolated, and difficult to find. There is no restaurant nearby, and they only offer meals and breakfast from a limited selection. I gave it three stars for the location and lack of dining options. Rs1000 to 1500 seems fair for a room; anything above that is overpriced. OYO's website had cheaper rates.
