Citrus Hotel Lonavala

We spent three nights here with family and had an amazing experience. The counter staff gave us a very warm welcome, and the instrumental music in the background was mesmerizing. Room service, housekeeping, and the restaurant food all exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to Gaurav and his team for making us feel among our own people. Anyone visiting Lonavala can have the most memorable moments by staying at Citrus Plaza Hotel.

We had a very pleasant three-night stay at Citrus and would recommend it to anyone in Lonavala. The location is great, with everything easy to reach. We were especially impressed by the staff across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant. Gaurav and Sheetal handled every restaurant request quickly and with personal care, which made us feel at home. Our room was clean and tidy, and Arti from housekeeping went out of her way to make us comfortable.

Hrishikesh at reception and Gaurav M deserve special thanks and recognition. They made sure we were comfortable and checked us in without any hassle. They gave us no reason to complain. All the staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel service was amazing. It was a fabulous stay for family and friends. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great job, everyone.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. There's also an omelette bar where you can get fresh dosa, which you absolutely have to try. The hotel is a nine-minute walk from the lively town center, and close to other attractions. Deepmala or the other front desk staff can help arrange local auto rickshaws or cabs. Uber and Ola don't work in Lonavala. Locals aren't always fluent in English, so having someone to translate is a real bonus. The Citrus staff are wonderful and helpful. I chose the hotel because Deepmala was so great to communicate with on WhatsApp, and she lived up to that once we arrived. Arti, the room attendant, stood out too, always attentive and getting us towels or whatever else we needed.
