Our Deluxe Room was cozy and nicely designed, with soft, comfortable beds and a smart TV that was handy for unwinding after a long day of travelling. Even though we stayed for just one night, the comfort and hospitality made it feel like a longer visit. Food was delicious, and both room service and buffet service were prompt. Staff were keen to help with questions, and Bulti gave us excellent support throughout. The hotel is close to the main roads but sits in a quieter area, so it was accessible without much disturbance. The surroundings were well kept, the property is non-smoking, and the people working here were kind and attentive. A relaxing, pleasing stay.

At breakfast in the restaurant, Bulti was polite and attentive and took good care of us. She really made our day special. I also want to thank the chef, who prepared my dish with exactly the spices I prefer. It was delicious, and I appreciated the care that went into it. The property was clean, very nice, and well maintained, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I’m very happy with the service and the experience.

Bulti was especially courteous and knew the dishes well, so her suggestions for the restaurant’s signature items were helpful. Her smile and service made our day, and we enjoyed breakfast too, with its many live counter. The restaurant food was yummy, and the staff were excellent. We had a lovely staycation at the Hotel, and the property was good value for money. We’ll definitely visit again. Thank you.

The sightseeing trip included in the Staycation package was very good. Our driver was friendly, helpful, and keen to show us all the places. The hotel is in a quiet area, with the main road, bus stop, and market just a 5 min walk away. There’s ample parking, and the property is very well maintained. Every staff member we met was friendly. There’s a pool, though a games room with table tennis, babyfoot, or carrom would have been nice. Our 4th-floor room had a wonderful mountain view, tasteful decor, a comfortable bed, all the facilities we needed, and a modern, well-appointed washroom. The AC blower was annoyingly loud even on the lowest fan setting, so we had to switch it off for some peace. Most restaurant food was very good, especially the Paneer butter masala, idlis, noodles, and many breakfast and buffet dishes. A few were disappointing: the Chicken tikka was slightly undercooked, the Cream of Chicken soup tasted too much of milk, the regular tea tasted weird, and the White pasta was very bland. There were several spelling mistakes in the buffet dish names too, though that’s nitpicking.
