Horrible stay. The room had no ventilation, and the ceiling was damp and moldy. The AC didn’t work, there was dangerous exposed wiring, and the bathroom fixtures were broken. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. No maintenance or comfort at all. Don’t book this place.

We were nearly 25 people for a school get-together, and the owner personally checked that we were comfortable. It turned into a memorable stay. The place is within walking distance of the market and Narayani dham. The receptionist and staff were cooperative, the pool in the private area was clean, parking was spacious, and the food was delicious. Thanks to the owner. Highly recommended.

I’d seen many negative Google reviews, so I was surprised by how good our stay was. Our tour manager booked 12 rooms, and I was in room 301, a fantastic, cozy room for four. Everything was in great condition, and opening the curtains revealed a scenic view. The amenities were superior quality, room service was good, and the pool was superb. The restaurant had a nice seating arrangement, and the tea and snacks were good too. Staff were cooperative and ready to help with even small requests, and they arranged sightseeing vehicles. Parking was good as well. It’s close to Lonavala’s important places, so connectivity was a real plus. I stayed on 14th August 2025 and 15th, and in my view it’s one of the best resorts.

We booked a guest room through our company that was listed for at most four people, with the room number specified. The manager asked us to vacate it for some family members and said he’d arrange a better room at another hotel, but he didn’t. When we asked to return to our original room, he said he’d already given it to the family and couldn’t give it to us. We had to stay in a different room that wasn’t as good as the one allotted. The manager’s conduct and the staff made this a terrible experience.
