I come back to Chandralok whenever I'm in Lonavala. The Gujarati thali is the best in the world, and the owner, Mr.Anish Ganatra, is a gem, one of the kindest and most generous people I've met. Rooms could use some improvement, though there are more premium rooms and a Villa too in Lonavala. It's affordable, and every guest gets premium service. The hospitality is among the best in the hotel industry. I feel a Lonavala trip isn't complete without visiting Chandralok. Thanks, Hotel Chandralok!

The meals were a highlight for me: everything was fresh, delicious, and authentically made, whether the famous Thali or a quick bite. The staff also stood out. From check-in onward, everyone was polite, humble, and professional, and they made sure guests were comfortable with genuine smiles. A fantastic stay at Hotel Chandralok from start to finish.

Hotel Chandralok has kept its Veg Gujarati Thali tradition going for over 60 years, and it's the best in class, unbeatable. The rooms were tidy and well maintained, and the food quality, service, and hospitality all benefited from the personal attention of owner Mr Anish Ganatra. I've stayed in many hotels in India and abroad, but this one was really remarkable. The staff are so warm and make you feel special. I'd say, "Lonavala matlab Chandralok".

The taste was good, but I found the place a bit overrated and too noisy at peak times. Paying 200 rs more for unlimited instead of limited feels unjustified for just a few extra morsels. The unlimited option could easily be priced under 500. I've had much better water at a lower price in Pune.

The food is awesome, and room service is really nice. The staff are humble and caring toward every guest. If you're after a quiet place to spend time with family or friends, visit chandralok.
