The village-like surroundings are nice, and the rooms are big, safe and secure. Staff are polite and the service is good. Parking is available, though the space is small. Complimentary breakfast was kanda poha and tea, with average taste. The accommodation is budget-friendly. A doormat at the entrance would help, and there should be a cloth outside the bathroom for wiping your feet. There's no hot water in the bathroom. They do have a kitchen to order from, but the food costs more than you'd expect and isn't anything special. Better to get food from a hotel outside.

The toilets looked as if they hadn't been cleaned, and in my friend's second room the bathroom door wouldn't lock from inside. The place felt like an unmaintained homestay, with rooms only lightly cleaned between guests. At nearly 1500 per room, the price seemed to come from being close to della. Without that, I wouldn't value it above 500. Only the bare basics were available, and some things didn't work. The Wi-Fi was down despite the ID and password being posted on the door. There was a mosquito problem, the fan regulator was missing, and the fan rattled loudly. The geyser barely worked. This was my first Oyo, and I wasn't impressed. Best avoided unless money is really tight.

After an incident with OYO, we were moved to the Shivaji Palace, but we left as soon as we saw the place. Don't trust the pictures on the OYO booking app. The rooms were dirty, the washrooms were hideous and filthy, and the reception staff were extremely rude. The people using the property made it seem more like a brothel than a palace.

There wasn't even a light in the bathroom, and there are no parking facilities. The place is a shop shutter converted into a hotel, with low-class facilities despite prices like a 3-star hotel. Don't be taken in by the room pictures, I made that mistake and regretted it.

The rooms all look patched up, and they didn't even provide drinking water. There are no facilities at all. Worst stay, not worth even 500 per room. My advice is not to visit.
