The open-air setting feels especially refreshing in the evening, with greenery all around and a peaceful atmosphere. Blue Lagoon has a good range of Punjabi, Chinese, and Kathiyawadi food, and I found both the taste and quality satisfying. The service was friendly too. A pleasant spot for lunch or dinner with family, or for a small celebration.

While I was in the middle of a shoot, the floor staff placed or pushed a heavy banquet chair directly onto my foot. It caused immediate pain and could have seriously injured me, affecting my ability to work. This happened because the staff were careless about managing the floor, and it points to no safety protocols and extreme negligence from the venue’s operations team.

We held a birthday party for around 30-40 people in Blue Lagoon hotel's hall, and the space was clean and well maintained for the gathering. Staff answered all our questions promptly and were attentive and quick throughout the event. The food was tasty and fresh, and all our guests appreciated it. Everything went smoothly, and we had a wonderful time. I’d recommend it for a small or medium-sized celebration.

The staff were polite and attentive, and service was prompt, so we weren’t left waiting long. We also enjoyed the fresh, tasty food, with each dish brought hot and nicely balanced. The quality held up whether we chose a simple thali or something more elaborate. It’s a comfortable place to sit, even when busy, with a warm atmosphere and thoughtfully done interior. We had a great time here, and I’d recommend it to families and groups. I’ll definitely come back.

I covered an engagement event at this banquet hall as a professional photographer. The experience was completely unacceptable and honestly concerning.
