Hotel V R Villa

The hotel is very nice, with good management, great hospitality, and staff who are especially supportive.

We had booked a room for two days, but when we arrived, they told us the hotel had been booked by someone else for a wedding and our reservation was cancelled. Nobody had bothered to call or email us beforehand. The guy at the desk couldn't give a satisfactory explanation. This was the worst service I've seen at a hotel, and I'll never go back.

I paid in full online for five days, but at check-in the front desk guy said he'd unknowingly given my room to someone else and had nothing available. He offered a servant room as a temporary place to stay, but it was messy and unhygienic. Six hours later I came back to check in, and the room was shocking: dirty sheets and pillows, a dusty floor, and an unhygienic bathroom. I didn't spend even an hour there before checking out, and they didn't offer a refund. Never go there.

The room was in good condition and very hygienic, and I felt safe and secure here. Everything else was number one too, except there was no air freshener in the room. I'm very happy with the hotel.
