10/10
The rooms were spacious, very large, and clean, and the privacy makes this a couple-friendly place. Hygiene was well maintained across the property. The calm, relaxing ambience made the stay comfortable. Staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist. Food quality was excellent, and room service was prompt and well organized. I truly loved the hospitality here. It was a pleasant, satisfying stay, and I'd highly recommend it for a comfortable, stress-free getaway.

The ground or basement game room could use improvement, as it isn't very well maintained right now. Other than that, the facilities were good and our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free, and room service was prompt. When we spotted a mark on one bedsheet and told the staff, they replaced it right away with a freshly opened, clean one. Their attentiveness and service standards were appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Lonavla. The rooms and service felt truly five-star, clean, comfortable, and luxurious. Highly recommended for an enjoyable break.

The room had a lovely balcony view, a large bed, tasteful decor, and was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff were exceptional: the receptionist was friendly, dinner service was attentive, and they handled our late check-in well.
