We stayed for almost 10 days, and the friendly, supportive staff made it a pleasant experience. Housekeeping kept the tidy, comfortable rooms in good shape every day, and both hospitality and room service were very good. The property itself is neat, clean, and well maintained. I wasn't fully convinced by some restaurant items. We were a large group of around 100 people, though, so managing everything perfectly may have been challenging. Overall, the staff did a great job.

When I fell sick one day, the team arranged a doctor right away, checked on me, and made sure I was comfortable. That kind of care really touched me. Their service and hospitality were so warm that the place felt like home, not a hotel. I'm genuinely impressed and will keep coming back for my retreats in Lonavala. Jackson, the full F&B team, housekeeping, front desk, and everyone in hospitality were exceptional in their warmth, attitude, and willingness to help. I loved the experience. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was excellent. The helpful staff calmly handled all our requirements, and arranged transport when we asked. That made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. I had a good experience from start to finish and highly recommend the place. 🙂
