The package deal was worth every penny, and I loved having coffee and tea in the lobby. We also enjoyed the play and carriage ride. The buffet was some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, and I gained 6 lbs in 3 days! The hotel was great.

We had a very good stay in a peaceful, pleasant setting. The location is great, just a two-minute walk to the market, and there’s a swimming pool to relax by plus a table tennis court. The rooms met our expectations, and the staff were professional and behaved well.

The trip itself was good, and the swimming pool was wonderful. The staff were very polite, but the rooms we got through OYO weren’t that good. There was no water in the room, so we had to buy a bottle. We also couldn’t get hot water from the tap. We complained at reception many times, but they couldn’t fix it.

This was our second stay, and I’d come back again. The hotel is clean and quiet, with plenty of parking and shops nearby. The town doesn’t have much open on Sunday, so another day is better. We enjoyed the market on Tuesday and Wednesday, and had a good pizza later at night in the cafe area.

A handy place if you’re arriving in Lonavala by train: it’s within walking distance of the railway station, while staying away from city traffic. The rooms are good for the price, the staff are cooperative, and the restaurant food is decent. Breakfast was very good, and we had a good experience overall.
