There were power cuts again and again, and the villa itself is in poor shape. The pool was badly looked after, and I even spotted a dead frog in it. There are insects everywhere, thousands of them. It felt like an insect paradise.

The nearby properties all seemed to be non-operational. Inside, the walls were damp and there was dust, which left me with a cold. Cleanliness wasn't maintained, and the service was bad.

I left feeling frustrated and regretful. The staff showed little interest in helping when I raised concerns, and the place lacked proper amenities. Broken, outdated furniture and poor upkeep made the facilities uncomfortable. The cleanliness also wasn't up to standard. This was nowhere near the professional, welcoming stay I expected.

The best part was finally getting out of the villa. Checkout had to be at 10 am sharp, or they said they'd deduct money from the deposit. They also asked for a deposit on top of the booking payment, then blamed us for things that were already broken. The supervisor was horrible, and the caretaker was ill-mannered and kept arguing with guests. Our first day went into supervising repairs after we repeatedly complained about missing amenities. Locks were broken, and within the first hour we got locked inside our room. The AC didn't work, the toilet seat covers were broken, and we weren't allowed to use the vessels for anything besides tea. This was a horrible place to visit.
