Capital O 30624 Hotel Triton

There’s plenty of underground parking, and the hotel has several banquet spaces for parties and functions. Our room was clean and good, and the food was excellent. The staff were nice too, especially Nikhil, the manager, who was friendly and very helpful.

The food was good, and parking is available. The room was good as well, though the location was just average. A couple of things bothered me: complimentary water was limited to two 250 ml bottles, and a purchased bottle cost 29 rupees despite an MRP of 20. Tea was expensive too.

The clean rooms are great, and the washroom was clean too. There was a mini-fridge box, but no fridge inside it, and the room had no accessories. The phone wasn’t working, and the restaurant still wasn’t open, though the AC worked well. It feels like they’ve made the place a copy of Fairfield. I’m giving four stars for the service. At this price it’s a very good hotel, but they need more staff and should provide all the necessary accessories.

I’ve been coming here regularly for 5-6 years. The rooms are clean and hygienic, the stay is comfortable, and the service is the best. The food tastes delicious, and the staff are very cooperative. Nikhil ji is especially helpful. It’s a very good hotel.
