Capital O 43516 Dream World Resort

Dream World Resort has a peaceful atmosphere, with plenty of activities for friends and family. The food was delicious and had a good variety, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property itself is beautiful and well maintained. We had an amazing getaway and made great memories. Highly recommended!

Getting there is a downside. It’s not completely outside the city, but without your own vehicle it isn’t easy to reach. The food selection is limited and costs a bit much, which can be awkward with a large group. Staff can be friendly, though sometimes they’re a little rude or unsympathetic. The entry offer feels like a scam: two people pay 800/- together and the third person is said to enter free, but they charge another 100/- for that person’s clothes rental, a t-shirt and half lower, bringing entry to 900/-. There’s also a refundable 100/- security deposit. A locker doesn’t come as standard, either, and costs another 100/- to use.

The water was very dirty, the food was poor quality and expensive, and the staff behaved very badly. The food staff were especially rude to customers, and the costumes were damaged. There was no social safety, such as for women. I’m requesting customers and local people not to come here for fun, or you’ll regret it. I won’t suggest Dream world resort to my family next time.

The water park and activities were enjoyable, and the atmosphere was nice. A good place to spend time with family or friends, with supportive staff. It was a pleasant experience.
