It's on a crowded street, so having parking within the premises is a real benefit. There are different kinds of rooms: some are small with just a bed, while others are spacious and reasonably furnished. It seems to cater mainly to wedding events. There was security at night, and the TV had a good channel selection. Staff were on site, service was prompt, and they regularly handled cleaning and other tasks, though the casual way they worked meant in-room cleaning was sometimes overlooked. The hotel was done up in November 2025, and the fresh paint and changed fittings were noticeable improvements. The linen and pillows still need to be completely replaced. Sheets and towels left on the ground or furniture get dirty and stay that way.

Such a lovely experience. The staff's behaviour was really sensational, and I'm very thankful to Aman Singh for being so lovely. I had a nice time overall.

Staff behaved very badly, and once we were there they charged more than they'd said beforehand. Worst hotel in Lucknow.

I had a great experience, and just have one suggestion: speed up check-in, since it took longer than it should.
