The room was small and not good for such a high price. The AC didn't work properly, the bathroom wasn't clean, and there were no toiletries or towels. We had to ask for everything. The lift was out of order and the bed wasn't good either. I'd suggest looking at other options.
8/10
The rooms are nice for an affordable price, and the staff, guards, and receptionist do a good job and treat guests well. There’s car parking too. The hotel is still under construction, but it’s in a very good spot behind Singapore mall.
2/10
The front desk woman kept making hand gestures and saying things that got irritating and frustrating. Her manner was very unprofessional.
10/10
Rooms are affordable and the service for guests is great. It’s in a well-located place with good connectivity.
6/10
The hotel itself is average, though I found the staff some of the nicest I’ve ever met.
