We were overcharged and given misleading information about the rates and services, so the stay felt like poor value. Worse, the room had bed bugs (khatmal) and rats, and it was hard to bear. The sheets were dirty, bathrooms weren’t kept up, and the cleaning was very poor. I stayed here with family and left extremely disappointed. I’d advise people to avoid it unless major improvements are made.

The location is convenient if you need to stay near charbagh, and it’s easy to get here. But I paid 890 for one person and didn’t feel it was worth that. The old TV isn’t worth watching, the room wasn’t neat, and the bed and mattresses were in poor shape. They gave me no towel or geyser, and the blanket was thin, dirty, and smelly.

The room was decent, but the price felt high for students. It cost Rs.1800 for 6-7 hours for me and my 3 friends, four people in total. I had to take it because there were no rooms available in Lucknow due to the ntpc railway paper.

There was a wait for a room even though the place wasn’t crowded. The keys didn’t work despite several tries. Staff showed no humane approach, and the Duty Manager was absent in practice, busy on the phone.

We spent three days here in the first week of May 2023 after our Rikshaw driver suggested the place. It worked out well for us. The stay was good, the staff were good too, and the price was very reasonable.
