Room was very clean and fresh, with a comfortable king bed and quiet hallways. Casaya inn is budget friendly and comfy. I had a good breakfast too. A special thanks to *Ms Priya*, the restaurant supervisor, for being so flexible. She is excellent at her work. **Durgesh* was awesome and very helpful, and the whole team gave extraordinary service. Their warmth and hospitality made this my best vacation so far. I was a bit worried about parking, but it was okay.

The good parts were the big rooms, staff with good behaviour, and restaurant service available 24×7. On the downside, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the washroom, and the amenities were only basic.

Casey’s Inn has the things you want from a hotel: good food, a nice ambience, and prompt service.

The food was excellent, especially the fish amritsari, chicken afgani and mast gazar ka halwa. Amazing hotel. Well done, and best wishes to everyone on the Casaya Inn staff.

2/10
The location is a long way from the city, and private events at the hotel carry on late at night, which made it hard to sleep peacefully. The electric device are dangerous. We also had a service issue, but the staff wouldn’t work with us to find a solution. When we tried contacting them, they blocked our numbers. That kind of practice ruins customer trust and is completely unprofessional.
