Rooms weren't clean or hygienic, and there was a smell all over. Rats disturbed us through the night, and their droppings were in a corner of the room. The food wasn't good either. The stay was actually the worst. They wouldn't provide a bill, saying, "system is not working, will share on WhatsApp later." They're flouting govt rules. I don't recommend staying here and wasting your precious time.

We'd booked 10 days ahead and they confirmed it, but when we arrived, they refused us, saying the hotel was already booked. Worst experience. I guess this is the worst hotel in lucknow.
