Hotel Dayal Paradise

This is about JANNAT - THE ROOFTOP RESTAURANT. I've been there multiple times, and the same frustrating service problems have come up almost every time. They overbook and are badly understaffed, with too few seats and service that feels unprofessional. I've had to go to the reception counter again and again to fetch a waiter. On my latest visit, I had to fetch one five times. When I raised it with the manager, he seemed clueless and did nothing to fix the problem. Eventually I felt so disrespected and humiliated that I left in the middle of my meal. The server, manager, and even senior manager failed to respond, despite all the commotion. The staff, including the manager, seem severely untrained and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place.

We got a very cheap rate, so I wasn't expecting much, but the spacious, comfortable, high-quality room impressed me. The hotel has good amenities and was clean, and check-in was quick and hassle-free. I stayed one night in Lucknow with a friend, and the value for money was excellent. The room's exhaust system wasn't working. We called the hospitality team around four times before they finally switched on the centralized exhaust, and their slow response was disappointing. That's why I'm taking off a star. Otherwise, it's a very good hotel, and I'd still recommend it for the price and room quality.

We're touring India on our bikes. The room and general service were good, but the hotel's rule against motorcycle parking is strange. The guard was rude when we arrived and told us to leave the bikes on the street, where there's no security. That's a real disappointment for riders who care about keeping their bikes safe.

The food was really tasty, the ambiance was good, and the staff were very polite. Special thanks to Miss Vani at reception, such a kind person. We'll definitely visit again.
