The owner kept promising better service, but nothing got fixed, and the stay was a complete waste of money. I even had to pay extra for a basic bottle of drinking water. I ordered tea and fresh lime soda at 8 AM, then at 10 AM they told me there was no chef in the kitchen. Very unprofessional. WiFi, TV, and a geyser were listed as available, but there was no WiFi, the TV only showed “No Signal,” and the geyser didn’t work. I complained several times without getting any of it resolved. If I could give less than one star, I would. Poor service and management. Avoid this place.

I couldn’t adjust the AC or get comfortable because the remote wasn’t provided and the unit’s manual buttons didn’t work. Calling reception for room service didn’t help either, they often left the phone unattended or didn’t respond properly. The drinking water in the room had a strange smell, which was concerning. A very bad stay at Hotel Green Leaf, Haridwar. Management needs to improve the service and basic facilities.

It’s a new place, so I can’t really comment on the service yet. The rooms were nice and clean, there’s a lift, and it’s within walking distance of har ki Pauri.

The hotel is completely isolated, with no shops or facilities nearby, and the food was bad. The room itself was in very poor condition, and the geyser didn’t work at all, so there was no hot water. A very disappointing stay. I strongly wouldn’t recommend it if you’re visiting Haridwar.
