My stay at Hotel Deep Place, Lucknow was stressful and extremely bad. The room was unhygienic and not maintained, and the room condition, cleanliness, service, and management were all poor. After I checked in, staff started asking me for extra money without properly explaining why. When I refused, they threatened to call the police. It was shocking and unprofessional, and felt like harassment. I felt intimidated and unsafe as a guest. Hotels shouldn’t threaten customers like that. It shows a complete lack of ethics and poor management. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Hotel Deep Place, Lucknow. It isn’t worth your money or peace of mind, and there are many better, safer hotels.

There was constant disruption for guests, especially around midnight. Staff got into frequent fights with very loud noise, there was nuisance in the parking area, and their behavior after drinking was unprofessional. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Management was poor, with no professionalism at all. My worst hotel experience ever, and I wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone wanting a quiet stay.

The food was genuinely good, and everyone appreciated it. Sadly, when we hosted my brother’s wedding here, the rooms were in terrible shape. They weren’t maintained, smelled foul, had cockroaches roaming around, and even the towels were dirty. Nearly all our guests complained about the rooms, which was embarrassing during such an important family event. For a hotel that hosts weddings and large events, basic hygiene and room upkeep are essential. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and improves the rooms.

I had a comfortable, hassle-free stay at Deep Palace. It’s centrally located in Lucknow, so the main areas are easy to reach, and the parking facilities are good, which was a big plus.

I went to a ring ceremony at this hotel on 6th February 2026. The food was catered by some 'Gazal ', and it was tasteless with no salt. There was no paneer in the curry, and snacks were served on paper plates. It was a very bad experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
