The staff were unprofessional and had no sense of basic courtesy. For the price, it wasn’t very good.

The rooms were pleasant and kept neat, though they’re small. Food was good when I paid for it, since breakfast wasn’t included. Booking online caused a lot of trouble: a room shown for around 500-600 Rs. may cost 800-1200 Rs. altogether when you arrive, and they ask you to pay the balance. If you don’t, you can contact the booking company and complain to seek a refund. I’d book in person at the hotel instead, since people seem to run into plenty of problems with online reservations.

At night they wouldn’t open the door, then started an argument. They’re very rude and don’t know how to speak to people.
