Hotel O Sna Grand Near Sudarshan Cinema

The rates for rooms are low, and the staff are friendly. It's a nice hotel, with good cleanliness.

We had to search for another hotel after arriving because management wouldn't let us check in at the price I'd paid through the OYO App. I booked there because I was travelling with an older companion and didn't want to look for a hotel after we arrived. They said OYO was charging the wrong rate and nobody would give us a room at that price. The hotel uses OYO in its name, but I don't think it's faithful to OYO. It felt like a fishing scam, and management said they refused service because we were rude. Getting a refund through OYO was a whole battle. I spoke to their representatives more than 15 times. My sincere advice is to stay away from not at all grand hotel unless you want to deal with people I found dishonest and very greedy. I did find good hotels operating at good prices.

The receptionist argued when I showed my booking ID and the amount on my phone, and wouldn't let me have a room. I'd booked and paid online, but at reception they demanded extra money, more than 1,000 rupees, for a Deluxe AC room listed at around 500. They seem to think that when you arrive with children and family, you have no choice but to stay. I decided to cancel, but no money was credited back to my account. Very disappointing experience at the Sna Grand hotel Lucknow, and very weird behaviour. I was also disappointed with OYO. Cheating Sna grand hotel Lucknow. Cheated OYO.

I booked an oyo room for two guests for 484 rupees, but they wanted to charge me 1,175. The receptionist was asleep and wasn't talking properly. I left and chose another oyo.
