At Hotel Ratana International in Lucknow, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the attentive, polite staff were always ready to help. The meals were another highlight, fresh and flavorful, with plenty of variety. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lucknow.

A constant beeping from the corridor made it hard to sleep at night. On one day, the water supply cut out completely while I was showering, and the service overall was very poor. The room was very small and uncomfortable because there was no fan regulator. Mosquitoes kept coming in through a broken wall in the washroom, and the staff couldn't fix the problem. These issues left me with an average experience.

A comfortable, nice hotel at a very reasonable price, and the breakfast is really good. Mr.Suraj, one of the staff, is a very well-behaved person.

The owner is so humble, sweet, respectful to every guest, and always willing to help. I really admire his attitude in today's world. The staff are supportive too, especially suraj, who is very good with guests and hospitality around the food. Thanks for everything, especially the Christmas cake 🍰🎂
