OYO 70294 Hotel Chandra

All they gave me was a dirty room. They didn't even provide a soap, towels, or a bottle of water.

After I made the reservation, I messaged the hotel about when I'd arrive. When I got there, they said there was no room, even after I showed them the OYO confirmation. In the end they put me in a terrible room that seemed meant for staff. Then they told me they needed the room and made me check out at 8 am, knocking on my door at that time to hurry me along. It was very inconvenient. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. This isn't a hotel.

The location is the one good thing, right on the road. They charged me more than the price shown in the OYO app, and more money even though I'd paid for an AC room. They said AC and non-AC rooms had different prices. The rooms were dirty and had no amenities, and the property manager was arrogant and unprofessional. OYO is responsible for this major error.

The rooms, washroom, and bedsheets were filthy, and the hotel's maintenance was terrible. I had to cancel when I arrived because the hotel and OYO customer service there were so bad. A week has passed and OYO still hasn't refunded me.
