OYO 84058 Kk Guest House

On the 12th, the day I checked out, a different counter worker told me I wasn't entitled to breakfast and said the earlier employee had gone to his village. He ignored what I told him about the previous incident. After I complained again, I was told the hotelier claimed I'd asked for tea at 4 in the morning. The counter worker quickly brought breakfast once he saw me complaining. I told OYO I had Ola receipts showing when I left, never before 9, and that at 33 I wasn't waking at 4 just to trouble them for tea. OYO didn't reply, and, just as before, the hotelier couldn't be reached by phone. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and my complaint is about both the property and OYO Rooms. I checked into Hotel Parinay guest house on the 9th, and they refused to provide the breakfast I'd paid an extra Rs 300 for. I complained. On the 10th, I got breakfast from outside and left for work at 0915, my Ola pickup time. Then Goibibo and OYO called, saying the hotel claimed I'd asked for breakfast at 0600 and they couldn't provide it. When the owner joined a conference call, his network suddenly went bad, though it had worked before. Goibibo said the issue was resolved and breakfast would be provided from then on. I spoke to the hotel when I returned and decided to let it go. Breakfast was provided on the 11th without a problem. I checked out early because I couldn't trust this company of liars. God forbid I disappeared while there: OYO could ask the hotel whether I'd checked in, the hotel could deny it, and OYO might tell the world and my family I'd never come to Lucknow. This is my last OYO booking. I can't compromise my safety while traveling. I'll leave the extra breakfast money as a tip for the hotel and OYO, supposedly a million-dollar company. Both must be getting a cut of money saved on breakfast across thousands of bookings every day.

For Rs 850, booked through OYO in December 2019, the room wasn't worth it. It felt more like a 300 Rs room, with mosquitoes and no light at night, and the area felt unsafe in the evening and at night. It's not good for couples. The bathroom had no bath mug, the jet wasn't working properly, and the TV only had DD National and regional channels. I'd go to Hotel Paradise food and restaurants at Bhatoli Crossing instead. It had great amenities and ambience, and I haven't found another hotel as good as that one.

I checked in at 10 pm on 27th Nov 2021 because I had an exam the next morning. The rooms were stinky and untidy, and the staff didn't even bring water. When I went to reception for water, I saw staff drinking alcohol. They went to sleep at 11:30. At 1 am, my friend woke me because we'd heard a woman's faint crying voice. He said it had been going on for half an hour already. Neither of us could sleep after that. It felt like a haunted incident, but I had an exam, so I put on earphones and finally went to sleep around 2 am.

The room wasn't even tidy, and the staff were really unresponsive. My train was late, so I got there around 2300 hours and knocked on the gate for 20 minutes before anyone answered. Very poor convenience from the start.
