For the facilities they provide, ₹800 for a non-AC room and ₹1000 for an AC room seems far too expensive. The bathrooms are poor in many rooms. In summer and rainy weather, the non-AC rooms get like an oven, and there aren’t even exhaust fans. The mattresses are so hard that our cotton gaddas are much better.

The cleanliness was zero for the price, and the service was awful. If you book through OYO, they demand extra money. They said they couldn’t give me a room because OYO had held their payment for six months. That’s their issue, but the customer ends up suffering. Don’t go to this hotel, it’s a fraud.

I had an exam in Lucknow, and this was the only OYO available near the centre. I booked online and they deducted ₹400. When we got there, the manager said OYO doesn’t pay him and demanded another ₹550 if we wanted the room. I was stuck, so I paid. Only then did he accept the request on OYO and check me in. I ended up paying ₹400 plus ₹550, or ₹850.

I was totally disappointed. There was hair from some woman on the bedsheet, and the room cleaning was in a very poor state. I booked for 600 rupees, but at reception they asked for another 500. The AC wasn’t working, and there were mosquitoes.

This is the worst hotel. The manager is a fraud. Go there if you want to waste your money.
