OYO Flagship 23686 UR Guest House

Couples can get a room here at a very reasonable rate, and the location is easy to find through Google. I liked the room and the service. My concern was that the doors didn't close properly. The manager should check them to make sure they're safe.

The rooms were clean, with a king-size bed, a large TV, and free Wi-Fi. Service was good, and the hotel handled even last-minute requests. The owners were warm and helpful, the staff were pleasant, and breakfast was good. Nice location and good value for money.

I booked two rooms for five nights at ₹9,000. The classic room wasn't available, so I was given a "deluxe" one. The TV set-top box had no power adapter, and it took them more than half a day to find one. The AC heater and water heater both failed. Once they finally brought the adapter, the manager told me to recharge Tata Sky because the subscription had expired. Oyo had repeatedly promised complimentary breakfast and the other amenities. I paid the full amount upfront, but after that nobody took responsibility or bothered to fix things. The set-top box has now stopped working completely. This place is an absolute joke.

This guest house felt like someone's poorly planned home turned into a place for guests. The ACs didn't work, plaster was peeling off the walls, the toilets were bad, there was no parking, and service was poor. I can't recommend it.
