Getting transport was easy, the place seemed secure, couples appeared to be allowed, and hot water was available in winter. But the room and bathroom were untidy, and the shower and bucket had a thick coating from poor cleaning. There were mosquitoes too. Google Maps lists it as an OYO, but it isn't. The owner was drunk, and there was no power or water backup. For the price they asked, it wasn't worth it.
The reservation manager, Mr harsh banaudha, was really helpful and customer oriented. He treated customers nicely.
The staff were respectful, and everything was nice, clean, and tidy. There were some of the funniest moments of the day before it ended.
The room was good. They still need to improve the service.
It's in the middle of the city, easy to reach by different kinds of transport, and roughly equidistant from all the important places.
