The staff made the stay especially memorable, with genuine warmth, professionalism, and care at every point. Mr. Afzal Khan, the General Manager, has made noticeable positive changes in just two months. He’s often visible around the property, talks with guests, and acts promptly. His leadership sets a strong example for the team. The food was excellent. Mornings had a peaceful feel, with flute music in the lobby during breakfast, and the lawns were lovely, with little rabbits often hopping around. In the evenings, sundowners came with a Kathak performance; dhoop fragrance and glowing diyas made the lobby feel divine. The ambience was serene and elegant. My stay at Taj Lucknow was fabulous, memorable in every way, and I look forward to coming back.

Ms. Divyanshi and Mr. Ravi Pandey made our family visit to Taj Mahal, Lucknow genuinely memorable. They were courteous, attentive, and professional, and kept making sure we were comfortable. The Mariner S Globe caught my attention, and it was intriguing. Read about it and have a look when you’re there. I couldn’t take many pictures because it was quite crowded, but the spacious entrance and live piano music made for a relaxing atmosphere. It’s a lovely place to spend time with friends or family, and a good place to visit or stay if you’re in Lucknow. Enjoy your Wah Taj moment!

The tea and croissant I tried were delicious, and the service was exemplary. This landmark hotel is also in a very convenient location. I was impressed by the hospitality and the food.

The location is premium, but the facilities and breakfast felt below standard. The gym was makeshift, and the pool had no shower or changing room. The spa was basically a small room shared with a salon, suitable for just one person, so it was never available. Breakfast was very average. Nothing felt five-star, and I was disappointed.
